Windowman
Ross Hamilton
I wandered into a men’s custom clothing store, shot the shit with the two guys working there. I explained why I was wearing a boot and they offered their own stories of some of their injuries. As I walked out, I noticed the store’s display window populated by a few well dressed mannequins bathed in a little sunlight and reflection. One of the well dressed humans stepped into the display and began photographing something on the floor with his iphone. He ignored me. I forgot that I had my camera set to auto/aperture priority with my f-stop at f16 so I was getting longish shutter speeds resulting in this weirdness.
Butterflyman

Local Portland man survives attack of undetermined species of butterflies Colab street photography standing in wait in front of cool backdrops trying to incorporate movement and reflections. We were walking around downtown to find interesting lighting and reflections. The butterflies - with large window display - attracted me, and I wanted the people walking by it to be literally incorporated into the scene. I kept snapping pictures as people walked by keeping the time as low as I could hold it to catch movement.

Photo Challenge: "Colab" "My Pet and I" Collaboration of Gerlinde and I, we both have pets, she has a beautiful dog and I have a cat of 14 years. Gerlinde's awesome idea was to take portraits of each other and portraits of our pets, and then put our face on our pet's bodies. It was so much fun to hangout with Gerline and taking our portraits in the studio, getting to know each other and learning from each other. I have learned how to use light meter from her, and I came to realization of my own shooting style within my studio. Last but not least, it was hilarious photoshoping this project.
